I recommend a cancellation insurance to every guest.
Fee
My fee is based on the prices of the Swiss Mountain Guide Association www.4000plus.ch. Recommended daily rate CHF 645.00, this corresponds to an hourly rate of CHF 85.00. The local summit rates also apply.
If the arrival starts the day before after 1 p.m., half of the subsidiary daily fee is due for this day. If the arrival starts the day before 13.00 hrs, the full subsidiary daily fee is payable. Condition - Requirements
You bring the appropriate prerequisites regarding condition and technique with you. I reserve the right to adapt, change or cancel the tour/course according to the situation if I am unable to do so. My tours/courses always take place in all weathers. As a professional mountain guide, I take the liberty of adapting the program to the weather and conditions. You agree to a replacement program or a change of area. Any additional costs shall be borne by the guest. Sufficient insurance coverage is the responsibility of the guest. This includes a valid accident and health insurance. Additionally I recommend the REGA Gönner membership.
Responsibility
With your reservation you acknowledge the dangers in the mountains. Even a highly qualified mountain guide is not infallible. He is confronted with border areas that are never fully controllable. My job is to reduce the risk to a minimum. Swiss law applies regardless of the nationality of the guest and the location of the damage. The place of jurisdiction is Sarnen in the canton of Obwalden. Furthermore, the "General Conditions of Contract" of the Swiss Mountain Guide Association www.4000plus.ch. apply.
